Can I cancel or modify my appointment?

Yes. You can cancel or reschedule your appointment through our Doctoralia profile or by phone. We ask that you do so with at least 24 hours' notice so we can reassign the slot and keep the schedule running smoothly.

Will you treat me even if I'm not an athlete?

Yes. While we specialise in sport and health, we also see active people and patients who simply want to improve their wellbeing and quality of life.

Do you accept medical insurance?

For now we work privately only. If you have insurance, check with them — they often reimburse the cost.

Do the different specialists work together?

Yes. At ACTIVA we work as a multidisciplinary team. When your case calls for it, specialists from different areas coordinate to give you integrated care.

Are treatments personalised?

Always. Each person is unique and every treatment is tailored to their needs, goals and life stage.
